Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating business leads and follow up on sales opportunities in the Asia and Southeast Asia market.
Implement and oversee marketing initiatives / partnerships.
Arrange meetings with clients and carry out product demonstrations.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Attend industry events and work closely with other teams to develop new business leads.
Develop new businesses by conducting cold calling and networking.
Requirements:
University degree holder in Business or other related disciplines.
Strong marketing professional with at least 10 years of marketing/sales experience in the travel industry.
Solid experience in the travel and tourism sector.
Detailed understanding of media both mainstream and digital, tourism and/ or travel trade business, preferably related to Asia and Southeast Asia.
Experience working in key regional positions in multinational corporations and in running marketing units.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
Travelling may be required.
